How do we quote and work?
We start with a conversation about what you want to change and what the yard does now. After that we look at the site, then put the scope, materials and price in writing so you can compare it with other bids. If you want changes, the quote is updated before work begins, not after.
On the job we mark the layout, protect what you are keeping and tidy up at the end. If weather or ground conditions change the plan, we tell you and talk through the options. Ask any contractor you consider for proof of license and insurance, and check it before work starts.
